These Terms govern access to NRSIP Registry services, including AI domain registration, VLT identity lifecycle operations, and policy-governed audit records. By using the service, your organization agrees to these terms and any signed enterprise order form.
Service scope
NRSIP Registry provides namespace registration, lifecycle orchestration, billing integration, and verifiable audit proofs. Availability, feature gates, and throughput limits are controlled by your subscribed plan and governance mode.
Fees and billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance through Stripe. Failure to pay may result in plan downgrade, domain suspension, or revocation as specified in policy and applicable law. Refund policies are defined in customer order forms unless required by law.
Acceptable use
Customers must not use the service for fraud, unauthorized surveillance, sanctions evasion, or malicious automated abuse. NRSIP may suspend access when risk controls are triggered.
Liability and support
The service is provided under commercially reasonable care with no warranty of uninterrupted operation. Support and response windows follow your subscribed plan and enterprise SLA.
